Delivery Areas:

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment/confirmation.

Delivery Time:

Delivery typically takes next-day to 5–7 business days, depending on the destination city.

Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Lahore: Full COD available.

Other Pakistani Cities: Partial COD with 50% advance payment required to confirm your order; the remaining 50% is payable upon delivery.

Address Accuracy:

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Abid Enterprises is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us immediately the same day with photos and your order details.

Please send the product back promptly for inspection so we can accommodate accordingly.
